Terms of Service

Below are the terms that the customer and i will follow:

◊ Payment is done through PayPal, using USD ($) as the currency, EITHER UPFRONT OR AFTER A SKETCH IS PROVIDED AND APPROVED. Whichever you're comfortable with.◊ The final product is strictly for personal use. For commercial use, the rights must be purchased.
You MUST credit and link back to me.◊ I hold the rights over my commissions. (e.g. to post in my galleries, use for publicity, prints, graphics etc.)◊ The complexity of the subject may affect the final price. This will be brought up before any work is done on the art piece.

Client Rights

You are allowed to use my art in the following ways, given you credit and link to me

◊ Crop and resize for any social media use.
◊ Print it for yourself in any way.
◊ Any other personal uses that does not violate my rights and ownership of the copyright.

You are NOT allowed to

◊ Color my sketches or linework, unless given permission or that is what agreed to provide you with.
◊ Paint over my work.
◊ Remove or alter my signature or watermark.
